Harbour House condo is a completely renovated property owned by the The Related Group, with 457 units on 16 floors. Adjacent to the recently constructed One Bal Harbour luxury condo-hotel and just a few steps from the magnificent Bal Harbour Shops, Harbour House is located on the northern end of Miami Beach just where the Intracoastal flows into the Atlantic Ocean.
Axiom Structures provided expert third-party design and inspection services for the owner during a critical stage of a recent mechanical retrofit. We evaluated cut members and their repair sequences, and reported each step of the construction process as it happened.
